From outside of Colorado, how much of this is some Colorado residents being priced out of some jobs, similar to the way ski workers are? I mean, if I'm a rookie reporter, I'm not living in Aspen, and doing the commute from Carbondale or whatever would get old year-round, even if I could keep a car parked at the office in Aspen and take the regional commuter bus.
